From June 29, 1935, when Dimitris Antoniadis was elected as the first president in the history of the Cyprus Football Association, we arrive at June 24, 2025, with Haris Loizides being declared the 13th president of the CFA.
According to the official records of 1935 preserved by the CFA, the first board meeting of the Association took place on June 29, 1935, at the “Trast” building.
Following a vote, Dimitris Antoniadis was elected president with 3 votes against 1 for Chr. Symeonides.
The longest-serving president in CFA history was Nikos Stylianakis, who held the position for 32 years, from 1936 to 1968.
